Effective October 19, 2026 · Royal Oak Basement Waterproofing (royaloakbasementwaterproofing.com)
This website is a free referral service. It is not a contractor, does not perform or inspect any work, and does not hold a Michigan contractor license. By using the site or sending a request you agree to the terms below.
What the service is
When you send a request, we pass it to one independent basement waterproofing contractor that serves Royal Oak, Michigan. The contractor contacts you, looks at your home, and gives you their own estimate. Any agreement for work is between you and that contractor. We are not a party to it, we do not set or guarantee prices, and we do not supervise or warrant the work.
How we are paid
The referral is free to homeowners. The contractor may pay us a fee for the referral. That fee does not change what you pay the contractor.
Check the contractor yourself
Michigan requires a residential builder or maintenance and alteration contractor license for most basement waterproofing work. Before you sign anything, verify the contractor's license on the state's public lookup at michigan.gov/lara, ask for proof of insurance, and get the estimate in writing. We try to work only with properly licensed and insured contractors, but you are responsible for your own checks and choices.
No guarantee of a match
We cannot promise that a contractor will be available, will contact you within a specific time, or will take your job. If no one gets back to you within two business days, email andrew.assistant@mail.tab.bot and we will try to help.
Information on this site
The local facts, cost ranges and general guidance here are written for homeowners in Royal Oak and are sourced where possible, but they are general information, not an inspection, engineering advice or a quote for your home. Conditions vary house to house.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to this site is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.
